Being a chronic sufferer of migraines and have been for over 2 decades it was nice to see someone writing some form of guide that might help.

Most of these I had tried before and they didn’t help a lot for me. Knowing how bad pain can be and other side affects I do urge any who suffer to try and find a way to get through this and to jot let it block your life.

While most of what was discussed was information that I had before it is nice to see this documented a bit more as when I first started to get them had no clue what they were or how to go about fixing them.

Pleased this book was released as it allows people to also understand what those who suffer from go through.
