This is a return for me as it reminds me of the style and why I felt CVXI trilogy was one of the best I had read.
Strong characters who really seem to have more issues than what you should expect. What I like is that the lines are somewhat blurred as to who the good guys and bad guys are.
Johnathon is a great character who has such a passion for life but he seems to be stuck in a rut that is his life. He has two distinct jobs which would clash of they came out.
I found the story very enthralling and it has all the makings of one of the great books of 2019. I must say I was happy to see this book as it really brought back what I loved with the writing style.
Thank you to the author for an arc of this book so that I was able to read this and find one of the better reads so far in 2019.
