An interesting read about Dolph Lundgren and his philosophy about both fitness and mental toughness.

I am a huge action movie fan and while I have found a number of his movie this book shows more about what he is truly like and his training.

A man from Sweden who is fully trained martial artist and one of the best action movie stars in this generation.

This book has both ideas for training and this is both a standard workout and martial arts work. It also deals with the mental aspect as well which is great since a lot of fitness skips this part.

Also they have quite a few recipes as well which talks about the nutrition aspect. It was fairly fast read as well and now I wish to read more about him.
