What can one say about this hyper charged book that deals with murders of many women. Grav one tough man who seems not to like following the rules. Everything he does seems to be bases on what is for the best. Whose best it is you will have to determine for yourself. He is an older police who probably should think about retiring but his drive for the job is one of the few things that is keeping him stable and able to cope with what has happened in his life. Emily is his daughter and is trying to fins her way in a world that at time seems like it just wants to bury her. She is a lively sort who wants to succeed and protect her father. The book is dark and menacing but has so much that is building up that you always have this anticipation. Truly this is a very good book that will get better as you go along.
